ResumeBuilder is a free, browser-based resume creation tool. The service allows you to create, edit, and download resumes in PDF format. All processing happens in your browser — we do not provide server-side storage or processing.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using ResumeBuilder. We do not claim any rights to your resume content. Your data is stored locally in your browser and is not accessible to us.

4. Free Service

ResumeBuilder is provided free of charge. There are no premium tiers, no download limits, and no feature restrictions. We reserve the right to modify the service at any time.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will be preserved. We strongly recommend using the Export JSON feature to back up your resume data.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ResumeBuilder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, missed job opportunities, or reliance on resume scoring.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your resume content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
